Securitas had relied on Zebra devices for several years, but the technology was reaching its limits. The hardware could no longer keep up with the physical demands of fieldwork or the evolving software needs of a dispersed workforce.

Using Knox Mobile Enrolment, every device was pre-configured and shipped directly to regional teams — ready to use on arrival. With Knox E-FOTA, Securitas' IT administrators could pre-test software updates, ensuring compatibility with business-critical apps before rollout. And Knox Capture provided built-in barcode scanning functionality, removing the need for external peripherals.
