Three of us actually are related, so we probably have more right than most. But when the rest of the team say RVT feels like a family, that's the bit we're proud of.

Your job title doesn't determine whether your idea matters. If there's a better way, we want to hear it.

We take what we do seriously. Ourselves, considerably less so. We're ambitious about where RVT is going and confident in what this team can achieve, but we're still an easy bunch of people to get along with.
